Forcing doors and windows, breaking glasses are mostly encountered theft methods, together with using normal or skeleton keys to open the main entrance door softly, applied by more proffesionals, thereafter making use of alarms delay time to cancel the alarm system by giving in the right code.
Full protection via pressure,glass break and RF sensors
without any wiring or installation
Any door or window forced to open, there will be an air-pressure change inside which is detected by the microprocessor based pressure change sensor inside OKIDA homeguard PCS-2010 and alarm will be given. Any pressure changes due to outside wheather conditions (storms etc) will also cause some air pressure fluctuations inside, those are eliminated by a software adjusting system sensitivity in 256 steps in real time. Max. protection area is 400m2.
To eliminate the risk of gently breaking windows, a dual frequency glass break sensor mechanism is integrated to the system, which polls for the high frequency sond of a breaking glass together with a small change of air pressure. By doing so, false alarms (due to a falling dish for example) are also cancelled.
Using skeleton keys is a more proffesional and silent method, used to open the main entrance door, overriding of the system is prevented by a cableless small module sticked on the door, which sends a coded signal even in case of a small movement of the door, which results in immediate alarm mode.
No code cracking or system cancellation possible
Remote transmitters are used to set or reset the system, each of unique complex code and learnable by the system protected against code-grabbing, so the code is not even known by the user itself, which results in a very high security level (1 million times more compared to keypad entry systems). A lost transmitter can easily be erased from the system memory and is useless forever.
On board uninterruptable power supply
A maintenance-free recharable battery accompanied with a voltage monitoring and pulse charging circuitry resuls in a system back-up time of 24 hours in case of lack of electricity and radically increases battery life.
Movements inside the protected area are allowed
OKIDA homeguard PCS-2010 is designed to block entrance from outside, so movements inside the protected area are allowed . Fastly opening or closing doors may trigger the system, for this reason a HOME mode arming is provided, resulting in low volume warning together with interior illumination in such cases.
Expandable
A hardware memory capable of learning 30 wireless sensors is provided in the system, enabling expansion of the system against fire,gas-leak,earhquake risks. Of course also wireless PIR sensors can be used to enlarge the protected area usefull in case of isolated rooms or constructions near. A new wireless sensor can be teached to the system in a few seconds by the user itself.
Although OKIDA homeguard PCS-2010 has an ultra power 120 dB magnetic siren inside it, also output terminals for an external siren and 220V lamp for interior illumination during alarm are provided.A battery back up strobe light and siren to be placed on the outside of the building is provided as an option.
There is also a slot inside OKIDA homeguard PCS-2010, to insert the optional interactive communication board, which enables 8 preprogrammed phones to be called in case of alarm and arming,disarming of or taking reports from the system.
And maybe most important, thiefs are detected before entering inside
Nearly all security systems mainly use passive infrared detectors (PIR) to detect a burglar. Taking also account of the delay time given to the user to cancel the system via entering his right security code from the keypad, there is lot of time for the burgler to spend inside. However, the working principle of OKIDA homeguard PCS-2010 is to detect the thief outside.
